At Ulyapoch, we want both you and your pets to be completely satisfied with every purchase. Our refund and return policies are designed to provide a clear, fair, and convenient process while ensuring that our customers feel supported throughout their shopping experience.
US Returns
We accept returns on all orders within 30 days of delivery.
Please note: a $2.50 restocking fee will be charged for all returns, which helps us cover handling and processing costs.

If your order is older than 30 days, please contact service@ulyapoch.store with your order number and details about your return for assistance. Our customer support team will guide you on possible solutions, including exchanges, store credit, or other options depending on the situation.
Conditions for US Returns:

Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.

Packaging should be secure to avoid damage during transit.

Accessories, manuals, or promotional items included with your order must be returned along with the product.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receiving the returned item. Customers will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please contact our customer support team at service@ulyapoch.store. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.
Special Notes for APO/FPO Addresses
Orders shipping to APO, FPO, or other military addresses may take longer than standard shipping windows. Tracking updates may stop once the package leaves the country. If your tracking has not updated in over two weeks, contact service@ulyapoch.store and we will assist you with the next steps, including arranging a replacement if needed.

Refunds generally include only the product price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Ulyapoch error.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund. Please include photos of the issue in your communication.

Items returned without proper authorization or not meeting return requirements may be refused and sent back to the customer.

Returns due to buyer’s remorse or change of mind must meet all return requirements and are subject to the restocking fee.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns. Ulyapoch is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
